How to Price Your Established Website For Sale
Don’t price in your work and time into the sale. This should be reflected in the websites earnings and traffic already. If you spent 50 hours building a custom website then mention that but do not expect the buyer to pay $x per hour for the time it took you. Obviously having a unique site is great and will add value but the majority of buyers will be stuck on “how much the website makes” and that is all they care about.

On CPALead this week I saw they are announcing an adult network. I know a few friends that have adult sites and tried to apply to CPALead but were told they were not allowed. Instead they ended up using Pinball Publisher Network which is not bad but does not do many changes to their tools. Now they have an alternative to use and with the tremendous success of CPALead content gateway for non-adult sites this should be groundbreaking for the industry.

Most of the publishers at CPALead do not know about the CPALead WordPress Plugin. There are actually two plugins the official plugin and a plugin now deemed unofficial that was created by Sean Bluestone (I have not tested shout out to him for the effort making the plugin).
